A typical day on the job:   Sorting and distributing mail, checking calendars for meetings, typing letters and correspondence, filing,
lunch and dinner reservations. I also prepare itineraries for visitors and arrange for travel for most of the department. Keep track of and pay invoices.

I am also responsible for a monthly travel summary and report.
