Benefits (direct or indirect):  We have good medical, dental, and vision, but it’s expensive (I use my husband’s benefits). The company will match 100% ($1 for $1) my contribution to my 401(k) up to 6% of my base pay. Employees are eligible to participate in free financial seminars throughout the year. I get a prorated 16 PTO days per year to use for sick and vacation time, because of my part-time schedule. Flex time is available to employees with manager approval.
