make coffee, check stock room for supply needs and order

prescribed shipping carriers, create databases and maintain records,
closing
of office .

to day office responsibilities run smoothly
2. Provide assistance and
support to the acquisitions team in research of
new targets for site developments.
3. Provide support to director of leasing and assist with preparation of
reports for lease agreements.
4. Coordinate travel and conference / workshop registration for team
members.
5. Coordinate administrative matters with corporate office for hiring of
any
new members.
