own. I am always on 24 hour call for them.

yes. I can get overtime but prefer additional time off since job is so
stressful.
General salary range

$65,000 plus bonus.

All levels have cubes. I prefer cube, I can communicate better and it
sends a message of open and welcome atmosphere.
Primary responsibilities as an administrative
professional in this position: Calendar management, constant
online travel arrangements, e-mail management, legal document prep (NDAs,
Confidentially Agreements, etc.) and over office management.

Experience, very flexible, can do attitude and major people skills!
Office machines or equipment operated regularly:
Color copier/printer, postage machines, Infoucs Machine and major dictate
phone.

Know as much computer software as you possible can. Office, PowerPoint,
Excel, Online travel, Visio for org charts, Ms Project, etc.

major, must be flexible, constant change in deadlines , travel, meetings,
agendas and you can't let that get to you.
